Crème de la Crème Animal Foundation reserves the right to refuse any application they deem unsatisfactory. The completion of this application form does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt a cat.

I understand that there is an adoption fee associated with this adoption. Further, I acknowledge that this payment is not for purchase but a donation to the rescue organization towards animal care procedures previously performed (such as spay/neutering, immunizations, heartworm screening/prevention, and flea/tick prevention).
